APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO BRIDGE PROGRAM FOR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES

To submit an application to our school, please complete the following form and select Submit Application.

There is a fee of $40.00 associated with this application.

This form is for applicants eligible to study in Canada without a study permit. If you require a study permit to attend programs, complete the international student application form. We are not considering international applications if no international student application forms are available on the website.

To apply to Aurora College

Once submitted, another page will open where you can upload the documents required for your application. You must submit all documents before Aurora College will review your application.
If you do not have your documents when you submit this form, you may email them to your Admissions Officer.
Aurora College will acknowledge all applications within four business days.
